Amiya and her brother Samba are darling kitties, and quite lucky! They were living in an abandoned barn, but because of dry weather, a grass fire started and the barn caught on fire. Thankfully, both escaped the fire. Little did these kitties know, a volunteer was living just a couple houses away and scooped them up. Lucky guys!
 
Amiya's name means delightful, and this girl is just that! She has the typical Maine Coon personality, and will follow you around like a dog. She has a beautiful full maine in the winter, a long fluffy tail, and very long whiskers! Amiya is a funny girl and you will often find her in unusual (and uncomfortable looking) positions. She loves other kitties, does great with friendly dogs, and would be okay with younger children.
 
Amiya has already been spayed, vaccinated, tested, and microchipped. She is being fostered in the Sacramento area. If you have any questions, please contact her foster mom.
