Squishy and her sweetheart Sam were rescued in the 11th hour from one of our local shelters. They had been there for awhile and the shelter had been looking for a Rescue group to take them. But all were full and the clock was ticking until the day that these two would have to be put to sleep due to lack of space in the shelter. Finally we were able to find a foster home able to take them and we raced to the shelter. Thankfully they were still alive and the staff was just thrilled to see that we'd come for them. This is a bonded pair and they must be adopted together. We were so delighted to meet this lovely pair of cats. They are beautiful and it is obvious that someone loved them at some time in their lives. We can't imagine what happens in people's lives that causes them to purge themselves of the little creatures who have given their total love to them over their lifetime. Squishy does need a dental really badly. One of our vets will do the dental and pre blood work for $250.00. We would appreciate any help you can offer to get this deserving boy the care he needs.
