DOXY, ~2 yo Tortie Point Ragdoll. Doxy is a sweet, tiny thing. She came to us from the home of an elderly breeder that could no longer care for her cats. Doxy was so thin when we got her we could barely recognize her as a Ragdoll even knowing where she'd come from. Now that she's been with us for awhile she's really blossomed and has become a fluffy girl with a lovely plumed tail.

MR. MOCHA, 8-10 yo Male Chocolate Point Ragdoll. The problem with Mr Mocha is that he is such a handsome, gorgeous guy that he looks young. How do you determine the age of a kitty who looks so healthy and vibrant?

EMMA, 2 year Lynx Point Mitted Ragdoll. I am sweet, playful young spotted lynx-point ragdoll mix girl. I am medium-furred, lanky, long-legged with soft blue-eyes. I can live happily with cats, especially male cats. In fact, I have a number of male friends here and I am in cat heaven

The Cat Fanciers' Association website offers breed profiles that present a brief look at each breed's history, characteristics and personality. Check out the links below.

ARACELI, 10-12 month Bicolor Ragdolll. This little girl is an angel with people but a demon with other pets. We think she is frightened of the other cats. She goes after them if they get too near her. When left to herself with no pesky other animals around she makes a lovely companion. She likes to wrap herself around your ankles, chat with you in a trilling voice and ask you over and over to pet her. She is a wonderful kitty.

OBERON, 4-6 yo Lilac Point Ragdoll. He is a beautiful cat with gorgeous blue eyes but the characteristic that makes this cat most special is his loving nature. He is an affectionate lap cat. If you don't want to be cuddling your cat often don't choose him. He is a lover.

DUMPLING, 2 yr old female Brown and White Ragdoll. We don't know much about this cute kitty except we sure know she likes to eat. Her Plumpness is round as a bowling ball. We should all be so cute when we are overweight. She comes from a shelter down south. When she first arrived she became devoted to her first foster mom climbing up her chest to give her face kisses. Perhaps she over- craved the attention and petting her foster was giving her after her isolation in the shelter.

March updated bio
LINDSEY, 2 yo Seal Point Birman Mix. Lindsey is a beautiful girl and just a little sweetheart. She came into rescue nursing two five week old kittens. She has been  a fabulous mother,  but she is ready for her own home now and ready to start her new life on her own.  Her eyes are a stunning shade of blue, she has soft silky fur that will only get thicker and longer now that she is spayed.

MAURICE, 11 yo Male Seal Point Ragdoll. This poor kitty had a wonderful male owner who unfortunately passed away. Even worse Maurice was in the apartment with him for 4 or 5 days until (excuse my mentioning the harsh reality) the smell alerted the neighbors who called the police. Ragdolls seem to be exceptionally sensitive and react strongly to change. The changes to
Maurice's life were unusually hard. Taken to a shelter he would not eat or use his litterbox. Poor guy. His chances of getting to the adoption room were zero and they called Purebreds.
