Pirate is one of the 25 cats.  He had fungal infections of the skin, yeast, and bacterial infections of ears, he couldn't jump due to being caged for most of his life without any vertical space.  I had to build a step obstacle course for him.  I made him climb up a little each day to get his pets.  All he wanted was pet and attention.  He didn't care about food or anything else. It took a while but he finally learned to jump enough to get on a couch.  His eye ended up being a birth defect and did end up needing the eye removed.  His new family also paid for him to have a nose job before they adopted him.  They sponsored much of his care.  He was so cute because he would just stare at you and follow your every move with his one big eye.  So cute.
